Jonathon has over 25 years of professional experience in information technology and consulting, primarily focused on leading companies through transformational changes in business processes and information systems. His expertise spans a variety of industries with an emphasis on wholesale distribution, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and finance.

Prior to launching Experient Group, Inc., Jonathon was an executive at the North Highland Company, where he served on the board of directors. He also worked in IT systems and development at Georgia Pacific focusing primarily on business and IT strategy, and for Walt Disney World implementing systems and project management best practice methodologies as well as managing multiple client-server development initiatives.

Alva has over 20 years of management consulting experience serving consumer products, retail, manufacturing, and transportation clients. He has extensive experience in strategy execution, transformation, and business process improvement. Alva has worked with companies to create value through building and implementing technology-enabled programs to drive change through the organization. In 2017, he joined Experient Group as a Vice President.

Catherine’s leadership experience across the corporate, consulting, and startup worlds gives her a unique perspective on practical, market-driven strategy and delivery.

She has 25 years of experience building award-winning digital strategies and experiences for major brands, including AutoTrader.com, UPS, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Turner, HoneyBaked Ham, and the International Olympic Committee.

Currently, she is responsible for leading the customer experience consulting practice at Experient group, which helps clients deeply understand their customers, build strategy, innovate, plan, concept, design, build, and launch digital products and experiences.

She founded a company in the digital retail space: Fittery, a SaaS product focused on improving the way consumers shop. Fittery was named Top Innovator of the Year by Apparel Magazine and was sponsored by Bloomingdales as part of the prestigious New York Fashion Tech Lab. She was featured in TechCrunch and FashInvest.

In the corporate realm, Catherine led digital product management teams at Autotrader.com for nine years, which included responsibility for the website and app experience as well as the saleable advertising and classifieds products.

Catherine holds a degree from Emory University and was certified in Business Strategy for Artificial Intelligence by MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Carl has an established reputation of leading small to midsize emerging companies during times of rapid growth and change, with experience leading Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Operations teams.

He has a strong background in strategic financial and operational management with a deep understanding of the demands of growing a business responsibly while mitigating risks and maintaining financial health.

Carl joined Experient Group in 2018 as the Vice President of Business Operations.

John is responsible for overseeing Experient Group’s Technology Solutions Team. In that capacity, he provides overall direction, oversight, and quality assurance for our many technology service offerings and projects.

John has over 30 years of management consulting experience solving business problems by implementing and managing technology solutions in industries such as quick-service restaurants, consumer products, insurance, and utilities. Specific areas of expertise include IT Management, Complex Program Management, Managed Services, and Cloud-Based Operations.

Prior to joining Experient Group, John worked with consulting companies such as North Highland, Computer Management Sciences, Inc. and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Alex co-leads Experient Group’s Technology Solutions Team, driving growth for our clients, our people, and our services. He is dedicated to ensuring that our teams deliver exceptional value to our clients.

With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, he specializes in building and operationalizing technology to transform businesses and unlock new capabilities. He is passionate about building, leading, and scaling teams to tackle meaningful challenges with a positive approach. He has a proven track record of enhancing people, processes, and technologies across diverse industries, including QSR, Healthcare, FinTech, Retail, Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, Insurance, and the Federal Government. He has served numerous Fortune 500, privately held, startup, and FTSE 100 clients, and completed multiple international assignments, including a notable 2-year secondment in London.

Before joining Experient Group, he held positions at Pariveda Solutions, North Highland, Manhattan Associates, and IBM.

Jeff has 25 years of technology and management consulting experience serving clients in the Charlotte market within the financial services, utilities, retail, manufacturing and high tech/semiconductor industries. His areas of expertise include digital transformation, strategic visioning, enterprise risk management and strategy execution.

Jeff is also a member of the Board of Directors for Akoustis Technologies, Inc. (NASD: AKTS), a commercial radio frequency (RF) semiconductor company which designs and manufactures RF resonators and filters for the 4G/5G mobile handset & network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, timing control and defense markets.

Prior to joining Experient Group, Jeff worked for Accenture and was a Managing Director for North Highland.
