Experient developed an innovative, tailored app for a vision care company, integrating diverse design elements into a seamless user experience to enhance patient-provider interactions and support global expansion.

Challenge

A top vision care company wanted to create an app to support the patient experience with various differentiated features and content to enhance the patient’s interaction with their eyecare provider.

Solution

We built out an R+D version of a vision test with a very simple interface. Once we proved the technology, we began to design and build out the full application with all features to be commercially launched. When we began designing the commercial version, our client asked for us to create an innovative version of their look and feel. On the following slides, you can see the simple design (before) and then the innovative design (after).

Value Delivered

We designed a seamless user experience tailored to international markets, setting the client on a strong footing for global expansions. We created a look and feel based on the direction to go a bit visually wild and innovative. One of the design challenges was to integrate multiple experiences that still had different looks and feels, so we created one main dashboard that aligns with a primary color in the color palette of each different look and feel, so the difference across experiences wouldn’t feel jarring to the user.
