We collaborated with a large beverage company to overhaul their core systems and streamline their supply chain processes by identifying barriers to success and implementing a comprehensive project and change management plan, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and customer adoption.

Challenge

A large beverage company needed to upgrade their core systems to support their supply chain globally. The problem was that current systems did not provide the platform for future capabilities, the process was inefficient, and the were not able to reliably capture and report on key performance information.

Approach

Experient Group partnered with our client to build, manage, and continually enhance the infrastructure and the unified identity management system that supports the consumer-facing mobile ordering app and all digital properties. On an ongoing basis, we develop automation tools and build processes to provide efficiencies that enable other development teams. We ensure a stable environment during peak periods for our client’s customer technology platform, which supports customer identity, mobile ordering, payments, the customer support tool, and their loyalty program.

The app is one of the most successful in the QSR industry and continues to be a platform that enhances the overall consumer experience, provides a new revenue channel, and increases loyalty.
